Over the past couple of months I have hopped all over England and France looking, thinking, reading, and eating. Yes, it’s still all about the food. I went to a Le Cordon Bleu open house on my journey, tried European recipes, and harvested some great ideas to incorporate with my other cookbooks. Some of those will require reader input, and I will get those posted soon. I have a huge backlog of recipes, pictures, and random trip tidbits that need to get sorted out for sharing with the masses (or the handful of you that keep up with my tiny corner of the world here).
My return comes with a daunting to-do list and an overflow of data, but there is one thing I figured out from my trip: I am happiest when I am cooking.
